The Midlife Library

Everything I know. Right here. For you.

Twenty-plus years of sitting with women in crisis — in therapy rooms, on the phone, at 11pm when everything falls apart — and I’ve learned something.

The library transforms.

Not in a “knowledge is power” bumper sticker way. In a oh thank god, there’s a reason I feel like this way. When you understand what your brain is actually doing at 47, when you can name what’s happening in your body instead of just suffering it, when someone hands you a worksheet that asks exactly the right question — something shifts.

You stop wondering if you’re losing your mind. You start figuring out what you actually want.

That’s what this library is.

Who this is for

The Midlife Library is a paid subscriber benefit. If you’re paying for Life Branches, you have access.

It’s built for the woman who wants to understand before she acts. The one who does her best thinking at her own pace, on her own time, without an audience. The one who wants the clinical framework and the worksheet that asks the next question.

You don’t have to read every resource. You don’t have to do every exercise. Nobody’s grading you.

Take what you need when you need it. That’s the whole point of having a library.

What’s in here

Ebooks. Worksheets. Exercises. A curated book list. Workbooks.

All of it built around the things I’ve watched women struggle to understand and act on for over two decades: what’s happening in your brain right now, what’s happening in your body, and what’s happening in your relationships — and what you can actually do about any of it.

This isn’t a content dump. Everything in here came from real clinical work with real women. If it’s in the library, it’s because I’ve watched it help someone.

Why I built this

I used to spend a lot of time in sessions just explaining things. The neuroscience of why your tolerance for other people’s bullshit drops after 40. Why identity loss at midlife feels like grief — because it is grief. Why the fawning pattern you’ve run your whole life suddenly feels unbearable.

Once a woman understood why she felt what she felt, the work got so much faster.

So I decided to download everything — all 20+ years of it — into one place. So you don’t have to wait for a therapy session to get the framework. So you can pick up a workbook at 9pm when you can’t sleep and actually do something useful with the hour.

This library grows

I add to it regularly. New resources, new tools, new frameworks as I develop them. When you’re a paid subscriber, you get everything — what’s here now and everything I add going forward.
