Some days you feel wise.
Grounded. Present.
You drink lemon water. Exercise. Eat healthy foods.
You delete toxic family chats.
You walk through the world like a woman who has finally figured it out.
Other days…
You open the fridge, forget why, stare at what’s inside, and then close the door.
Welcome to midlife.
Where wisdom and WTF walk hand in hand.
You’re not broken.
You’re buffering.
You’re in the middle of a software update.
Maybe your body’s changing.
Maybe your career suddenly feels two sizes too small.
Maybe your kids left, your marriage ended, or your purpose just vanished.
And now you’re standing in the doorway between the life you outgrew
and the one that hasn’t fully formed yet. You feel “stuck”.
It’s normal.
It feels awkward.
Give yourself permission to pause.
To not have the next step.
To just sit there in your robe with your cup of coffee and let your brain reload.
Some days you just don’t need to have a plan.
